  1. Acceptance of Terms:By using Ping's services, you agree to these Terms of Use, including any additional terms for specific services. Ping can refuse service and change eligibility criteria at any time.
  2. Modification of Terms:Ping may modify the Terms of Use, services, or features at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms of Use for any changes.
  3. Privacy and Policies:Ping grants a personal, non-exclusive license to use the Ping browser. Intellectual property rights remain with Ping. Parts of our browser's source code may be available under open-source licenses and can be accessed at https://github.com/ping-browser.
  4. User Conduct:As a condition of using the Service, you agree not to:
    • Impose an unreasonable load on Ping's infrastructure.
    • Interfere with the Service's operation.
    • Bypass any access restrictions implemented by Ping.
  5. Trademarks & Patents:All Ping logos, marks, and designations are trademarks or registered trademarks of Ping. You cannot use the trademarks and logos displayed here without prior written consent from Ping.
  6. Termination:Ping can terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time if you violate these Terms of Use. Both you and Ping can terminate the Services at any time for any reason with written notice.
  7. Disclaimer:Use of the Service and any content is entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided as is and as available without any warranties, either express or implied.
  8. Indemnification:You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ping from any liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Service.
  9. Limitation of Liability:Ping and its affiliates are not liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages related to the Service.
  10. Miscellaneous:The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Ping regarding the Service, overriding all previous communications and proposals.
  11. Copyright Dispute Policy:In case a copyright owner identifies that their work is being infringed upon, they must issue a formal notice to Ping Browser under Section 52(1)(c) of the Copyright Act, 1957, to inform about the infringement.

    The notice should contain the following details:

    • A description of the copyrighted work with adequate information to identify the work.
    • Details establishing that the complainant is the owner or exclusive licensee of the copyright in the work.
    • Details establishing that the copy of the work in question is an infringing copy of the work owned by the complainant and that the infringement is not permitted under the Copyright Act.
    • Details of the location where the infringing content is being stored or made available.
    • Details of the person, if known, who is responsible for uploading the infringing content.

    Once the notice is received, Ping Browser will review and may upon its satisfaction take action and remove the infringing content within 72 hours of receiving such a notice, as per the Intermediary Guidelines Rules, 2023.

    Futureflare Technologies LLP ("Ping Browser") has appointed a Grievance Officer for Users to contact if they have any queries, clarifications, or complaints regarding copyright infringement or the processing of such notices.
