FAQs
What is Ping Browser?
Ping Browser is a managed enterprise browser built on Chromium. It runs the modern web your team already uses, with the policies, controls, and visibility your IT and security teams expect.
How is it different from Chrome?
It looks and feels like Chrome. The difference is in the controls available to your admins and the support that comes with it. A few Google account specific features are not available.
Does it support Chrome extensions?
Yes. Most Chrome extensions work as expected, and admins can allow, block, or pin specific extensions for their team.
What does Ping Browser collect from end users?
Telemetry from the browser is off by default. If your IT team enables reporting, what is collected and where it is sent is controlled by your deployment. You decide what stays internal.
Where is my data hosted?
We work out hosting with you based on your residency requirements. Where your setup keeps things inside your own environment, data stays there.
How do you handle security?
We follow industry security practices and can walk you through the specifics during the demo.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your team, the deployment model, and the support you need. We share pricing after a short intro call.
